THE MCNAB is one of the company's flagships. The biodynamically managed MCNAB farm is the heart of the company and historically its soul.

The Merlot grapes come from the biodynamically cultivated areas. 5,000 sheep ensure order and fertilizer here. The grapes are hand picked.

Fine spice, reminiscent of cinnamon and cloves, well integrated wood, supple and impressively full, an expressive, sophisticated and pleasing wine with a lot of class and characte.

A classic in California and therefore vinified with special attention. Around 40% is aged in new wood.

If a region manages to produce Sauvignon wines on a par with the Loire, then New Zealand's South Island (along with Styria) with its fresh climate is one of the first addresses.

The ice wine is a specialty of the German-speaking wine-growing regions. It only works on very cold winter nights. The grapes must have a temperature of at least -7 ° C.
