Zibibbo is the Sicilian name for the Muscat d'Alexandrie grape variety. The large family of Muscat grapes stands for wonderfully aromatic wines.
The popular Nero d'Avola by Maggio Vini is now also available as a concentrated, fine Riserva.
Here the Nero d'Avola shows its very charming side. Behavior down to earth, spicy, ripe red berries. A lot of (good!) Wine at an astonishingly modest price.
Strong, lively Grillo with hints of peach and apricot on the nose, on the palate there is a note reminiscent of green apples, with a mineral finish.

The grapes for the Riserva grow in the oldest vineyards, planted as Alberello, bush vines. The wine rests for 12 months in French oak barriques and 12 months in steel tanks.
For NERA, the grapes are deliberately left to ripen for longer, the vines are trained as espaliers and are at least 15 years old.
Violet reflections sparkle from the ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of dark berries, especially black cherries and blackberries.
