Shipping area
We deliver within Germany and to most countries of the EU and Japan. See the countries listed in each shipping zone.
Shipping costs
Since we calculate the costs of our products tightly, but they have a certain share of shipping costs, we find it only fair to set realistic shipping costs. In return we can offer you generally favourable product prices.
The shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the 1/1 standard bottle (0.75 litres). Larger bottles count according to their multiple of the 1/1 standard bottle, so magnum bottles (1.5 liters) count double, double magnum count quadruple, etc.

Minimum quantities
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 50 € (incl. VAT) without shipping costs.
Order quantities
For each product, a minimum order quantity must be observed as well as the packaging unit, i.e. the number of articles (typically bottles) in one packaging.
If no minimum order quantity is specified, you can choose 1, 2, 3 etc. as order quantity.
If a minimum order quantity is specified, you can order the minimum order quantity or multiples of this minimum quantity, e.g. the minimum order quantity is 3: i.e. 3, 6, 9, 12 etc.

Shipper
We ship mostly via the DHL shipping service and for larger quantities via DHL Freight.
