Payment Options

Our secure payment options

On the last page of the order process, the following payment options are available to you:

PayPal account

Choose the payment method "PayPal". After submitting your order you will be directed to the PayPal portal, where you can log in with the access data of your PayPal account ("Log in") and release the payment ("Next"). Your purchase is protected by PayPal's customer protection. Afterwards you will be taken back to the shop where you actually complete the purchase.

Debit memo

If you wish to pay by direct debit from your bank account, please choose the payment method "Direct debit". This option is only available with a German delivery and billing address. You will be redirected to a PayPal page to enter your account details. An existing PayPal account or PayPal registration is not required. Your account details will not be forwarded to us. Afterwards you will be taken back to the shop where you actually complete the purchase.

Credit card

If you pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, DiscoverCard), please choose the payment method "credit card". You will be redirected to a PayPal page to enter your credit card details. An existing PayPal account or PayPal registration is not required. Your credit card details will not be forwarded to us. Afterwards you will be taken back to the shop where you actually complete the purchase.

PayPal purchase on account

Using a PayPal service it is possible to make a purchase on account. You will be redirected to a PayPal page to enter your details. An existing PayPal account or PayPal registration is not required. Your data entered there will not be forwarded to us. Afterwards you will be taken back to the shop where you actually complete the purchase. In the order confirmation you will receive the information to pay the invoice amount by bank transfer to the specified PayPal account.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

  • Get first. Pay later (in 14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. The complete terms and conditions for deliveries to Germany you can find here and the complete terms and conditions for deliveries to Austria you can find here.
  • Slice it (only available for Germany): With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna.   • Pay Now (Sofort direct banking): Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods. You will be notified about the date by email.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. Preliminary bank transfer

After placing your order, please transfer the total amount (free of charge for the recipient) to our account in Germany. After full payment we will send the products to you.

Entrepreneurs in the EU without sales tax

If you are an entrepreneur located in the EU outside of Germany, please create an account and enter your VAT identification number in addition to your company name when entering your billing address. Please enter the company name (organisation name) and legal form exactly as you are registered with the tax authorities of your country. Afterwards you may continue the purchase and the payment and invoicing takes place without value added tax in the context of the "tax-free intra-community delivery". We will check your details and unfortunately have to cancel the order if the VAT identification number cannot be checked or if the company details do not match.
