The Garganega grapes, deliberately harvested early, hang on well-ventilated nets to dry until the beginning of February, then a sweet nectar is pressed from the raisins, which ferments infinitely slowly in barriques. Beautiful amber color, honey, acacia, dried figs, a wonderful dessert wine.
