Certainly one of the best organic wines at all: an Amarone, so to speak, made from pure Merlot from vines over 60 years old. The grapes are concentrated through natural drying. After alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, it is aged for 48 months in French oak barrels: red berries, plums, leather, cedar, the list goes on for a long time. This top wine is only available in small quantities each year. It ripens excellently, but its enormous extract sweetness makes it a guaranteed pleasure in every state of ripeness. Nice to drink.
