The Aristargos comes from old, traditional bush vines that are not irrigated. The cuvée is absolutely original and unique.

2023 once again demonstrated the importance of having old vines in vineyards in the hot Rhône climate.

The Avesso grape variety from a single plot is not used in a cuvée, as is usual in the region, but is cultivated as a pure variety.

In the catchy cuvée from the Jumilla region, the Macabeo grape variety provides the Mediterranean character and a good structure, while Sauvignon Blanc provides a wonderfully frui.

Pure Garnacha Blanca, despite perfect maturity with a lot of freshness and elegance. On the nose, floral aromas of lime, grapefruit and dried fruits.

Typical Vermentino with a maritime touch and a small amount of Grechetto. Intense nose of quince, Williams pear, honeydew melon and rosemary.

You can feel that the grapes were happy with every sip. Wonderful Riesling nose with peach, mirabelle plum and grapefruit. Nice and juicy on the palate with good pressure.
