Clear and delicately juicy, stimulating stone fruit with some herbaceousness, firm body with power and backbone, lively fresh with pull and even some bite, a small note of extract sweetness, highly concentrated mineral block on the palate with clear saltiness, deep and complex, firm mineral saltiness with clear herbal yeast pressure in the finish.
