The lovely Portugieser and Dornfelder is characterized by its particularly fruity and velvety nature. The focus is on aromas of red berries and milk chocolate.

The Cabernet Franc, matured for 12 months in small oak barrels, reveals an abundance of aromas of black cherries, blackberries, black currants and green pepper.

The grapes are selected on the vine and picked by hand. They then macerate in stainless steel tanks for two weeks and then mature in cement vats for 12 months.
