Even with the typical South African grape variety Pinotage, the cellar team knew how to handle carefully selected grapes so carefully and with so much tact that adding sulfur was.

THE MCNAB is one of the company's flagships. The biodynamically managed MCNAB farm is the heart of the company and historically its soul.

The Merlot grapes come from the biodynamically cultivated areas. 5,000 sheep ensure order and fertilizer here. The grapes are hand picked.

Merlot, Petit Syrah and Syrah. A wine with strength, but not a demonstrative muscle man. There is no shortage of tannins either, but they are pleasant and fine-grained.

DARK CHOCOLATE Réserve - the name says it all! Dark, wild berries that merge with delicate dark chocolate, the queen of chocolates.

Warming Mediterranean notes from the Palatinate, dark berries and ripe plums. Spices of sandalwood, juniper and a little cocoa. Round on the palate, full-bodied, gentle structure.

Inviting aromas of cherries and spices. Very juicy and palatable on the palate with interesting tension due to the fine tannin structure. A friendly wine!

Partly in barriques, partly in wooden barrels, high-class Pinot Noir.

Bright, dense purple in the glass. Very juicy, with lots of sweet cherries and blueberries, plus fruit tea and sweet spices. Soft, round and inviting.

Dornfelder doesn't always have the best reputation in Germany. This may be because not all wines made from this variety are as successful as this one.

Classic, but also fruity Pinot Noir from Rheinhessen. Forest berries, cold smoke, cedar wood, with a lively acid structure and fine-grained tannins. Balanced and pleasantly open.

What kind of colour! Deep purple, almost like cherry juice. In fact, it has a lot of morello cherries on the nose and on the palate, but also liquorice, cinnamon and blackberries.

Everything you can expect from a Portuguese: hints of berry scents such as red currant, raspberry and blackberry, slightly peppery notes.

A great red cuvée to complement this series, which is so successful thanks to its courtesy. Round and soft tannins, very inviting and not arbitrary.
