On the nose, there are lots of sweet summer fruits from raspberries, wild strawberries, ripe cherries and a little rhubarb.

The nose is an explosion of red fruits and dark berries, followed by roasted nuts, coffee and a little malt. The tannins are still firm at the moment, but nice and fine-grained.

On the south bank of the Awatere River, the river has carved out two sheltered terraces where Pinot Noir grapes now ripen.

Rheinhessen Riesling in its purest form! Classic on the nose: fine passion fruit scent accompanied by limes.

This unusual blend is just fantastic. Dark berries and a wealth of sweet spices spoil the nose. On the palate it shows concentrated with wonderful depth and nice length.

The bouquet variety Moscato is particularly suitable for the production of fruity-sweet sparkling wines when the lush aromas are balanced by the right dose of fine acidity.

Glera, the Prosecco grape, blends harmoniously with the Burgundy grape Pinot Noir. The latter lends the wine its delicate pink hue and hints of red berries.
