After six months of storage in the 3,000l oak barrel, GRAN FUDRE, the wine comes ready to drink on the bottle. The stony soils in the extremely dry climate of the Jumilla region force the vine to take root deeply. Although this only ensures low yields, it produces aromatic wines. Earthy nose of dark fruits, the second sniff reveals black olives. Lots of sour cherry fruit on the palate, slightly peppery with a little graphite. The silky tannins and the cool style ensure a good drinking flow. Noble equipment with tissue paper.
