The "Wunderschön pure" is a thoroughly unusual rosé - at least by German standards. Pinot Noir and Blaufränkisch, each in equal parts, are the components of this cuvée.

Composed of Blaufränkisch and Pinot Noir and fermented entirely in stainless steel, this rosé is very refreshing, fruity and uncomplicated.

The base wine for the Riesling sparkling wine was 100% spontaneousfermented in stainless steel tanks.

After a maceration time of 12 hours, the wine becomesspontaneously fermented. For 100% wood construction, both new and500 liter barrels, filled twice, were used.
