The grapes for the Riserva grow in the oldest vineyards, planted as Alberello, bush vines. The wine rests for 12 months in French oak barriques and 12 months in steel tanks.

For NERA, the grapes are deliberately left to ripen for longer, the vines are trained as espaliers and are at least 15 years old.

Violet reflections sparkle from the ruby red color. On the nose, aromas of dark berries, especially black cherries and blackberries.

According to legend, the Greeks brought the red Nero di Troia grape from Troy to Puglia.

The exciting, rarely single-varietal variety Negroamaro is a resurrecting classic from Puglia. Spicy aromas reminiscent of cinnamon and cloves combine with plum and blackberry.

The Corte Fiore is also made using the Appassito method. So it becomes dense and powerful. Wonderful dark red, fine fruity bouquet of sweet cherries and red currants.
