Roberto Sarotto has developed with his wines in recent years to a real insider tip in Piedmont.

This wine, mainly vinified from Carignano, presents itself as deep ruby red.

40% of the Insoglio is aged in French oak barrels for 4 months. It is wonderfully fruity, with notes of blueberries and violets.

The 'Sabazio' combines the typical freshness of the traditional Sangiovese grape variety with the characteristic lush fruitiness of Merlot to represent the ancient territory of Mo.

The Nebbiolo grapes grow at an altitude of 350mColor and scent very intense Barolo.Plums, ripe cherries, floral aromas and spicy hints reveal its complex bouquet.

After 14 months maturing in French oak barrels, this Morellino presents intense aromas of cherry, plum and black fruits, accompanied by a light tobacco note, chocolate and vanilla.

Ruby red color. Delicate bouquet and pleasantly fruity. Full-bodied with fine acidity, well balanced with a soft, round finish.
