The distance to the Petit is always understandable and Philippe Goulley is true to his style: very clear Chablis without any frills, almost puristic.

Even if it is not business-minded, the simple 'little one' is often my favorite Chablis. Clear, straightforward, uncomplicated on a more than decent level.

As always with Sylvain Loichet, thanks to a week's cold maceration of the grapes, the Pinot is quite brightly colored.

A very welcoming Nuits-Saint-Georges. The grapes are carefully picked by hand and subjected to a week-long cold maceration with spontaneous fermentation.

A picture book Chardonnay. Fine nose with a hint of nutty aromas, the wood, perfectly integrated, only serves to support it. Fruit flavors of apricots and citrus on the palate.
