The fermentation of the must took place partly in oak barrels. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where it remains on the lees for 60 months.
On the nose, fresh tobacco, a hint of clove and delicate wood notes. Plus a cool red fruit, complemented by a subtle smoky note. The wine is well balanced on the palate.
