Cool nose of mirabelle fruit and flowers, with a hint of stony notes, airy - like on an orchard on the hill where a fresh breeze blows, seems open, light and free. Clear and delicately juicy, lively and fresh with a pull, very slim, ripe mirabelle plums with a little creamy notes, stony and slightly herbal minerality, a little saltiness comes up, the saltiness becomes more intense on the palate, very little and beautifully integrated sweetness, deep and complex, lots of fruit with a residual aroma in the finish.
