White Wines

After having used the Picolit for many years in the grape mixture of the Vintage Tunina and Capo Martino varieties, with the 2006 vintage we decided to make a small part of it pur.

This wine presents itself in sparkling straw yellow. On the nose it reveals a fascinating complexity, with scents of rare elegance and sophistication.

Capo Martino - Grape blend of Tocai F., Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana and Picolit. It has a beautiful golden yellow color, bright and shiny.

Afix Riesling is made from Riesling grapes, some of which are processed with the skins. It has a bright straw-yellow color with greenish highlights.

Four indigenous pearls of Sicilian viticulture - from the hills near Trapani and from the volcanic terroir of Etna - merge here to create a white wine that is hard to beat in term.

The Sauvignon Blanc grape variety is on the rise in Germany with ever-improving qualities. The grapes can usually ripen optimally in the well-protected Würzburg vineyards.

The Valencian Verdil was almost extinct. Now it is planted out again and forms the heart of this very successful white wine cuvée.
