White Wines

Verdejo actually comes from the other Castile, Castile-León, in the north of the country, but that doesn't stop him from playing his trump cards in La La Mancha.

The Carmes de Rieussec Sauternes combines the typical Sauternes grapes: Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The fermentation takes place in oak barrels.

This Pinot Gris has a rather exotic, spicy nose with aromas of passion fruit and papaya, as well as the scent of apple and flowers.

Cool nose with complex minerality and "sponti" herbal notes.
