If the Rechbächel is tasted young, it needs a lot of air. A little fruit at first, but lots of dark mineral notes. Very powerful and polished in the mouth, with herbal-tart aromas, flint and chalk, but also some grapefruit. An impressive depth with lots of pull and incredible length. The mineral tension and the delicate melting make the wine gripping. For us, one of the most promising Rechbächel in a long time, with great maturation potential. Almost G.C. level.
