Red Wines

This cuvée has an intense ruby red color. Succinct notes of ripe red berries and sweet spices on the nose. On the palate, Il Bruciato shows a good structure with soft tannins.

Before assemblage, the wines are stored in 225l French oak barrels for 18 months and, after blending, they mature in wood for a further 6 months.

The yield of this Premier Cru was only 32hl/ha. The fermentation took place in large wooden barrels. The wine was then stored in French oak barrels from Cîteaux for 15 months.

After 16 months in oak barrels, the Savigny-lès-Beaune matures for another two months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.

The wine is stored in French wooden barrels from Cîteaux for 16 months. The proportion of new wood is less than 30%.

The little brother of \"Caro\" is a successful, subtle cuvée of Argentine character and Bordeaux style, in which the fiery personality of Malbec dominates.

Thanks to the parents Lemberger and Dornfelder, WE 94-26-37 is of course predestined for the production of full-bodied red wines.

The now classic expansion in large wooden barrels made of Slavonian oak at San Giorgio also shapes the style of the 2017 Brunello in a positive sense.
