We were looking for a Pouilly-Fumé for a long time.

Color: deep, shiny ruby red Scent: the bouquet is dominated by typical, fruity aromas of Syrah and Grenache with notes of juicy, ripe raspberries, blackcurrants and morello cherri.

The castle of Minerve was first mentioned in writing in 873. The city owes its name to the Roman goddess Minerva, which is why Gérard Bertrand named this great red wine after her.
