Peach, ripe mirabelle plum, minerality, and a touch of fruitcake. Clear and delicately juicy, firm yet powerful with a very fine creaminess, lively and refreshing, a wonderful interplay of fruit with plenty of invigorating stone fruit, especially juicy peach and apricot, a hint of well-integrated fruit sweetness, a touch of extract, full of tension, deep, complex, even quite assertive with minerality and very invigorating stone fruit on the finish.
