The cultivation of Riesling on the Bürgstadter Berg has a long tradition. The best grapes come from a terraced plot in Centgrafenberg, which dates back to the archbishops of Mainz.

Already in the nose you can feel the minerality typical of the location, delicate spice combined with classy complexity and freshness.

Through extreme grape selection, we harvested an excellent Burgundy with full-bodied honeydew melon aromas.
