Ripe, juicy fruit with nutty, dried-vegetable and again fried onion-like notes, lasting and strong, lively, fine acidity and a hint of carbonic acid, mushroomy notes in the background, chalky minerality, quite solid structure, has melting and grip, very good finish with bite and delicately sweet melting.
