White Wines

The Semillon 2021 from Boekenhoutskloof unfolds a remarkable presence, characterized by a hint of oak and cozy warmth. The grapes come from vineyards up to 120 years old.

Cool nose of ripe yellow apple with peel, some citrus fruit, a hint of pastry and herbs; citrus fruit, especially pomelo, fresh yellow stone fruit and dry herbs; slightly tart not.

Exotic, but at the same time mineral bouquet. What is striking on the palate is the voluminous fullness, which perfectly underlines the acidic minerality.

Fresh gum with apple, fresh herbs and leaves.

Beautiful stony nose, like wet asphalt in summer rain.

This great wine impresses with clear, concentrated fruit,fine spice and herbal minerality. Dense andelegant on the palate, piquant with juicy yellow fruit notes.

Firm, still somewhat restless and reductive scent with restrained, rather light yellow fruit notes, herbal aromas, light flowers and clear minerality.

Very fine and extremely mineral nose, subtle fruit, long lasting.

Still restless, yeasty, nutty and a little sulphurous aroma of ripe stone fruit and partly candied citrus fruits with herbal aromas and clear minerality.

Firm and deep, reductive, slightly smoky and still a little sulphurous scent with herbal notes, citrus aromas, peach, apricot and intense minerality.

The old vines produce particularly concentrated grapes.

The Großes Gewächs, the highest classification of the VDP, made from Riesling grapes, is particularly impressive due to its taut and balanced structure.

Classic nose of slate minerality with various reductive fruit components, dried apples, candied stone and pome fruit with a hint of caramel and brioche.

Cool and restrained nose, slightly emerging minerality accompanied by liquorice and stone fruit.

Wonderful apple aromas rounded off with hints of fine almonds. Delicate and finely mineral, harmonious and round with excellently integrated acidity.

Delicate floral bouquet. Elegant and approachable with outstanding freshness.

Intense bouquet with wonderful floral and fruity notes. Fresh, full and intense with a hint of citrus fruits. Dense structure, beautifully soft and balanced.

Rich in finesse but still with a clear structure, very vinous and round. Notes of pears and tropical fruits, balanced, dense and delicate.

Fruity white wine with delicate aromas of peach and passion fruit. Juicy, fine minerality, with balanced, elegant acidity and a lovely melting finish.

Cool nose of freshly peeled pome fruit, pastries and bright flowers.

This Riesling Große Gewächs - the highest classification of the VDP - has a floral nose with yellow fruit aromas and fine minerality. The minerality also dominates the palate.

Firm, still somewhat muted, cool and quite complex citrus-peach scent with fine herbal aromas, clear minerality and floral traces.

The Rings estate Riesling first smells of rock, then grass, stone fruit, salt and bright flowers, like cool cliffs by the sea.

This Kabinett is an elegant, classically fine-fruity Riesling that presents itself with a playful lightness and a typical slate-like minerality.
