On the nose, there is initially a fine, sweet, powdery woody note, a melting sensation, a hint of vegetables, yellow-green fruit, some light nuts, fennel seeds, delicate spices, quince, lemon balm, a hint of grapefruit peel. On the palate, a lovely melting sensation, followed by finely woven tannins, juice, fine fruit sweetness, a subtle hint of butterscotch, lemon balm, creamy, light quince. Medium body, with fine creaminess, lightness and finesse, fine grip and a chiseled acidity. Long finish with a slight spiciness and interwoven fruit.
