Even with the typical South African grape variety Pinotage, the cellar team knew how to handle carefully selected grapes so carefully and with so much tact that adding sulfur was.

The soft, flattering Merlot immediately won the hearts of many connoisseurs. When ripe, the fruit of blackberries, blueberries and cherries is present.

This Merlot also benefits from the know-how acquired over many years for wines without added sulfur. Stellar oenologists are now also advising companies in Europe.

Flattering, really ripe, luscious fruit, a subtle tannin structure that underpins the drinkability and creates a pleasant balance with the residual sweetness of the wine.

Wonderfully ripe Shiraz and Merlot grapes, full of fruit, pleasing, with pleasant tannins and interesting hints of chocolate and spices like cinnamon and cloves.

The MCNAB is one of the company's flagships. The biodynamically managed MCNAB farm is, so to speak, the heart of the business, and historically its soul.

The Merlot grapes come from the biodynamically cultivated areas. 5,000 sheep ensure order and fertilizer here. The grapes are hand picked.

Merlot, Petit Syrah and Syrah. A wine with strength, but not a demonstrative muscle man. There is no shortage of tannins either, but they are pleasant and fine-grained.

Fine spice, reminiscent of cinnamon and cloves, well integrated wood, supple and impressively full, an expressive, sophisticated and pleasing wine with a lot of class and characte.

A classic in California and therefore vinified with special attention. Around 40% are expanded in new wood.

Finely balanced Pinot: structure, length and fruit complement each other to create a complete taste experience on a high level.

Frank John's Pinot Noir only grows on selected sites in the Palatinate with limestone soil. Few German red wines impress in such an elegant and subtle way.

Typical Pinot from Christmann filled exclusively for us, characterized by aromas of dark forest fruits, raspberries, strawberry jam and an interesting smokiness.

DARK CHOCOLATE Réserve - the name says it all! Dark, wild berries that merge with delicate dark chocolate, the queen of chocolates.

Warming Mediterranean notes from the Palatinate, mind you, from dark berries and ripe plums. Seasoning of sandalwood, juniper and a little cocoa.

Smells invitingly of cherry and spicy notes. Very juicy and tasty on the palate with interesting tension due to the fine tannin structure. A friendly wine!

A wonderful representative of the Assmannhaus style.

Partly in barriques, partly in wooden barrels, high-class Pinot Noir.

Everyone who likes it fruity and mild is in good hands with the Knoblochs.

Luminous, dense purple in the glass. Very juicy, with lots of sweet cherries and blueberries, plus fruit tea and sweet spices. Soft, round and inviting.

Dornfelder does not always have the best reputation in Germany. Which may be due to the fact that not all wines from this variety are as successful as this one.

Classic, but also fruity Pinot Noir from Rheinhessen. Forest berries, cold smoke, cedar wood, with a lively acid structure and fine-grained tannins. Balanced and pleasantly open.

What kind of colour! Deep purple, almost like cherry juice. In fact, it has a lot of morello cherries on the nose and on the palate, but also liquorice, cinnamon and blackberries.
