Talrain Pinot Noir

Cold smoke, roasted notes, syrup of red berry fruit, mainly cherries, milk chocolate and some herbal spices.

Clear, firm nose, more red than black berries, hint of dried vegetal and earthy notes, hint of cherries, floral traces and a hint of pepper. Clear, tight.

Dark forest soil with pine cones, fine dry and wood spices, a little dried plums, wild cherries, dark chocolate and cold smoke. Intense and calm nose.

Wolf in sheep's clothing. Minerality with hints of citrus and a hint of pear. The minerality continues on the palate. Flint, salt, slightly herbal notes and yellow fruits.

Very reductive nose with some apple peel, mirabelle plum, an orange note, floral scent and a hint of lavender.
