Only 2000 bottles of this top white wine from the Langhe are produced. The grapes come from the oldest Sauvignon vines in Monforte and Castiglione Falletto.

The Brunello vineyard of Il Marroneto, located at 400 meters above sea level, is characterized by unique conglomerate soils with mineral-rich, sandy alluvial soils from prehistori.

The grapes come from the top Barbaresco vineyard, Starderi, preferably from the young vines.

When the first order for the Pas Dose came from England in 1867, people were so honored that this spumante, which is made using the champagne process, was simply named for England.

This wine has a shiny, platinum-like color and a lively perlage. Its bouquet is a mixture of apple, broom, hawthornand the scents of the Valdobbiadene region.

A homage to the “Yéyés” years: hippie, bohemian, romantic and “Peace & Love”.

The extreme reduction in yield and the high limestone content of the soil in Walsheimer Silberberg give this Pinot Gris its juicy yellow fruit aromas and elegant minerality.
