The carefully selected Viognier, Chardonnay, and Macabeo grapes come from the slopes of the Sierra del Carche at an altitude of approximately 700 meters. The significant temperature variations between day and night at this elevation are highly beneficial for the ripening of white wine grapes. The nose offers notes of jasmine, pear, pineapple, and citrus fruits. On the palate, it is fresh yet persistent.
