This wine brings together the family's 30 years of experience in researching and cultivating Merlot and Sangiovese.

The Brudersberg monopoly location is consistently south-facing. The extreme steepness and the direct influence of the Rhine make the Brudersberg very special.

This pure and clear Chardonnay representative has delicate aromas of ripe apple with fresh hay, vanilla pudding and sponge cake.

Two grape varieties that complement each other perfectly: the freshness and fruitiness of the Pinot Blanc and the spiciness and creamy smoothness of the Chardonnay combine to crea.

The third wine from the house of Fonroque is a pure Merlot and usually available a little earlier than the Château Fonroque wines.

Cool nose with aromas of vanilla crescents and a hint of herbs.

This playful and seductive cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc shows the yellow fruity aromas of Chardonnay, such as mirabelle plum, apricot and yellow cherry, as well as the typi.

This wonderfully fresh Rosato conquers the nose with delicate floral notes of roses and violets and then develops a more pronounced scent of currants and raspberries.

Merlot with an impenetrable ruby red colour. The nose is reminiscent of red berries and spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves. The taste is full, soft and persistent.

In the bouquet ripe apple, quince and some smoke aroma. A pleasantly ripe note on the palate with mango and grapefruit.

On the palate, the Riesling offers a silky, elegant texture. The acidity – typical for 2019 – initially appears ripe and also silky, but then it builds up more and more pressure.

The Rieslings for this local wine grow west of Stetten. The vines are rooted in heavy, fertile soils from Gipskeuper and Unterem Bunten Marl.

The grapes for this Riesling grow in selected, estate-owned locations in Stetten. Moritz Haidle created his first RITZLING while still studying in Geisenheim.

The specialty Verjus is just being rediscovered. It is a sour juice made by squeezing unripe grapes.

Brilliant ruby red, fine and delicate wine, with well-ripened red fruit and spices. Fresh and balanced on the palate with earthy and airy tannins.

Cuvée from a single plot (monopole), from one of the 11 vineyard sites of the winery in the Brouilly appellation. Exceptionally steep location, located behind the château.

Bourgogne gamay Chateau de La Chaize

Brilliant ruby red with violet reflections.

Dark, clear cherry red, a dry, fresh, robust Zweigelt, with sour cherry and berry fruit, velvety tannins, with a finely spicy finish.

Fragrant, animating rosé with crisp freshness. The bouquet is dominated by the red fruits of raspberry and strawberry and a fine scent of roses.

A fine Pinot Gris of the pleasantly slim kind. Aromas of red apples and tangerines on the nose, floral and spicy notes on the palate.

Fine bouquet with stone fruit such as mirabelle plum and apricot as well as a hint of green apple. Lively and juicy on the palate with balanced acidity.

Unique location, unique wine. Due to its fine acid structure, it presents itself elegantly and incomparably.
