The Jung Knobloch Müller-Thurgau & Morio Muskat sweet from 2023 shows a bright light yellow in the glass.

In addition to ripe apples and pears, there are aromas of fresh broiche. The acid is mild, but recognizable in the interplay of fruit and spice.

A spicy, juicy scent wafts towards the nose. Ripe pears and apricots as well as a clear, yet unobtrusive oak note. A "round thing" with juicy creaminess.

The scent of the Pinot Blanc is very juicy and spicy... perfectly ripe Cox Orange apples, pineapple and mango as well as notes of herbs.

The Pinot Gris from Heyl zu Herrnsheim impresses with its perfect ripeness. In the glass, this wine presents itself in a bright yellow.

The Brudersberg monopoly location is consistently south-facing. The extreme steepness and the direct influence of the Rhine make the Brudersberg very special.

The vines of the Mölsheim Riesling are rooted in the bare limestone rock, which here is only covered by a thin layer of gravel.

After a maceration time of 12 hours, the wine becomesspontaneously fermented. For 100% wood construction, both new and500 liter barrels, filled twice, were used.

The Dreissigacker Wunderwerk Riesling comes from the renowned biodynamically cultivated top locations Geyersberg, Kirchspiel and Morstein in Bechtheim and Westhofen.

The Dreissigacker Pinot Gris was spontaneously fermented and70% in stainless steel and 30% in tonneau and double barrelsexpanded.
