Before assemblage, the wines are stored in 225l French oak barrels for 18 months and, after blending, they mature in wood for a further 6 months.

To develop the complexity of the berry and nutty aromas of the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine is aged for 24 months in French barriques (60% new and 40% used).

The small percentage of Cinsault gives a wonderfully lively expression. On the nose it reveals complex notes of pencil shavings, blueberries and plums.
