Very fine nose after a somewhat heavy spontaneous note, not too loud with some dry spice and preserved mirabelle plums.

“Ayler Kupp” rises in the southern exposure of the mountainthe summit 170m high above the plain.

The is located high up on the summit ridge of the Ayler KuppWeingarten forehead. They are optimally oriented to the south and steepRiesling vines here capture maximum sunlight.

Intense nose with herbs, light roasted notes and some stone fruit in the background.

Plump nose with pears, roasted almonds, herbs and tree bark.

Herbal nose with pome fruit and some sweet apricot.

Rhubarb, gooseberries, fresh herbs, some tart grapefruit and elderflower.

Fresh nose of pickled mirabelle plum, peach-passionfruit yogurt, pureed banana and jelly banana, a hint of pasta spice.

A varied Chardonnay that perfectly reflects the sunny hills of Germany's smallest wine region.

Fragrant and inviting, meadow herbs, lemon balm and so young with a touch of reduction. Clear minerality with an almost stony, floury and very pleasantly silky consistency.

Surprisingly (and delightfully) fresh and lively for a Silvaner. At the same time juicy and animating with a wonderful mix of exotic aromas (passion fruit) and citrus fruits.

As befits a good Silvaner, the impression is rather cool. The grape variety is love at second sight, but it is worth it! Fine aromas of herbs, hazelnuts and banana on the nose.

A hint of herbs and some almonds on the nose. Very elegant and rather reserved.

A wine with a very interesting inner tension. Rather delicate on the nose and characterized by minerality, a certain maturity can be guessed at, it is inviting and friendly.

Appears robust and firm, with a fine earthy note characterized by the sandstone. The wine is dense and powerful in the glass.

Clemens Busch likes to give his great Rieslings a long leash. The special ROTHENPFAD site is characterized by red slate.

Like the GG from the St. Nikolaus vineyard, the DOOSBERG GG is allowed to mature for two years before being marketed.

Not quite as accessible as the RECHBÄCHEL, the GOLDBÄCHEL in the 2021 vintage impresses with its complex aromas.

The characteristic blue slate of the Fahrlay site makes for a top-quality wine characterized by the terroir and lots of salty minerality.
