Surprisingly (and delightfully) fresh and lively for a Silvaner. At the same time juicy and animating with a wonderful mix of exotic aromas (passion fruit) and citrus fruits. Really successful all round. With this freshness, it can certainly be stored well, but it is already so much drinking pleasure that the stock should only last longer with very disciplined cellar management...
