A Blanc de Blancs is something like the parade discipline among champagnes, because here the Chardonnay grape variety alone often has to provide the overall impression of all comp.

As the name suggests, this fine reserve is made from four grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.

Fine bouquet of ripe fruits such as pear and grapefruit, red-fruity, soft in the mouth with a fine, flattering mousseux and mineral finish, the style is rather reductive and elega.

Like Brut Réserve, Demi Sec is also produced every year.

The Prestige Rosé stands out with its shimmering and intense color. An elegant balance between velvety and full-bodied notes develops on the palate.

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir each contribute half to this lively champagne. Only grapes from the Grand Crus of Champagne are used.

Thanks to the high Chardonnay content and the long maturation, the Brut Réserve is a particularly balanced champagne.

Nocturne Sec Rosé exudes delicious notes of freshly baked brioche and toasted pastries. Invigorating, aromatic and full-bodied on the palate.
