This champagne is very elegant on the palate and the persistently fresh, lively acidity creates a beautiful contrast to the delicately nutty roasted notes. This is complemented by hints of ripe, dried and candied yellow fruits, which gradually develop on the palate. The finish leaves a smoothness and very fine residual sweetness of the 'Sec' champagne.
