A very gastronomic rosé. Mainly made from Chardonnay and a small amount of red-pressed Pinot Noir vinified in barriques (yes, that's allowed!). Of course, distinctly red-fruity aromas of wild berries and raspberries, but much more: the scent of roses, grated almonds, cassis and a subtle saltiness. Is ideal as a meal accompaniment.
