Tio Pepe en Rama: Unfiltered and straight from cask to bottle, as pure as sherry can be.

In order to express the typical Sauvignon fruit with the slightly grassy notes particularly well, the grapes are cold-mashed for ten hours and only then fermented in a cool place.

The Cuatro Palmas 2014 has an intense mahogany tone, with chestnut reflections and a greenish rim.
