Subtle and full of finesse, Chenin Blanc unfolds its aromatic, slightly exotic fruit with fine citrus freshness in Saumur.

The grapes ripen on calcareous soils south-west of Saumur, they are harvested by hand and gently vinified into this elegant rosé.

Lechburg's portfolio is dominated by white wines, but that doesn't mean that excellent red wines aren't also produced here.

The Merlot also benefits from the use of special yeasts from the Maiella National Park.

The yeasts for this Chardonnay are specially selected in a complex process in the Maiella National Park. Each grape variety has its own suitable yeast strain.

Intense ruby red, ripe red and black fruit on the nose with hints of spices and minerality. Nice balance between freshness and maturity, velvety tannins, very structured.

The perfect interactionof the individual grape varietiesmakes Nicolas, aged in barriques for 16 months, an extremely characterful composition.

This cuvée with the sonorous name 'Wellen der Zeit' is very complex. Fruity aromas of blackberries, cherries and plums meet dark chocolate, tobacco, black pepper and oak.
