The grapes for this cuvée come from soils with low fertility and good drainage, which allow optimal sunlight and thus develop rich, complex aromas and impressive fruit ripeness. The majority of the grapes come from the renowned To Kalon Vineyard.

The wine impresses with aromas of graham crackers, plums, ripe black cherries, root beer and a hint of cinnamon.
