The comparatively cool locations of Transylvania provide ideal conditions for the cultivation of white wines. The result is a modern, very lean and fresh Chardonnay. Tropical fruits, bananas and a slight nuance of camomile and yellow flowers dominate the nose. In the mouth, juicy melt ensures a nice drinking flow. The balanced acidity is refreshing, but the overall impression remains soft and very smooth. A Chardonnay that is really fun.
