The distance to the Petit is always understandable and Philippe Goulley is true to his style: very clear Chablis without any frills, almost puristic.

Even if it is not business-minded, the simple 'little one' is often my favorite Chablis. Clear, straightforward, uncomplicated on a more than decent level.

A picture book Chardonnay. Fine nose with a hint of nutty aromas, the wood, perfectly integrated, only serves to support it. Fruit flavors of apricots and citrus on the palate.

Aligoté is clearly overshadowed by Chardonnay in Burgundy.

Typical white Bordeaux. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon complement each other perfectly. Youthful, fresh, stimulating, ideal with seafood, fish or as an aperitif.

Lots of ripe fruit, scent of apricots and vineyard peach, with a strong structure and great length, also very complex in the mouth. Excellent accompaniment to poultry dishes.

The famous white wines of the upper Rhône Valley have made the Viognier grape famous.

With Marsanne, Roussanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Vermentino the mix of grape varieties is extremely exciting.

The model of a successful Mediterranean white wine: floral scent, delicate, inviting fruit and a subtle, interesting spiciness.

Vermentino, also often called Rolle in Provence, is one of the few white wine varieties that produces freshness and fine aromas even under the intense Mediterranean sun.
