Our original vineyards are completely planted with red varieties. A friend of Jean inherited some of the uprooted plots in Nébian, not far from Montpeyroux, which we have now replanted. Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Vermentino are on the most beautiful terrace. Half fermented in wooden barrels, half in steel. Subtle floral notes and stone fruit in the bouquet. Then in the mouth a Mediterranean fullness with a lot of creaminess, ripe mirabelle plums, mint tea and quince. Very animating with a good length.
