AS/100BLAGE is an assemblage (only the French understand this pun) of three layers, hence the addition Mes Trois Terroirs. Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier come from the Vallée de la Marne, more precisely from the two communities of Damery and Cumières. The latter is the home of the Sanchez family and the Le Guédard champagne house. In addition, there is an unusually high proportion of Chardonnay for the business, which comes partly from Cumières and partly from the Grand Cru community of Oger on the Côte des Blancs. In any case, the Chardonnay base wine matures in Burgundian Demi-Muid (650l oak barrels) before it is blended with the other two varieties. Lush nose, vinous, lots of yeast and wonderfully ripe. Red fruit aromas alternate with notes of roasted almonds and puff pastry. Powerful, with the poor minerality of the Ogre chalk soils.
