The majority of the grapes come from the vineyards surrounding Woodbridge Winery in Lodi. When warm

temperatures, but refreshed by the cool breezes from the San Joaquín Delta, the grapes develop their fineness

Balance of aromatic fullness and freshness. In order to preserve the lively freshness of the Chardonnay,

the musts are fermented purely in stainless steel tanks. Only a small proportion of wines undergo malolactic fermentation,

to give the cuvée a little more fullness and to gently moderate the natural acidity. The

Aging in oak barrels on the fine yeasts underlines its gentle texture and complexity on the palate.
