Many people are not allowed to drink alcohol for professional or health reasons. So that they do not have to forego the enjoyment of a delicious glass of wine, Torres has undertaken extensive research to produce an alcohol-free 'wine' with maximum grape variety aroma, fullness and freshness. With an innovative process for the gentle removal of alcohol from a classically vinified wine, Torres has achieved his goal! From September onwards, the Moscatel for Torres' Natureo will also be harvested when it is optimally ripe and will now be vinified exactly like a classic Torres white wine: the entire harvest is strictly sorted and only the best grapes are selected and completely destemmed and ground and put into the press. The must is then drained, gently clarified and the cool fermentation for around two weeks in a stainless steel tank at controlled temperatures of 14 to 16 °C begins. So far, everything is as usual. But now the alcohol is carefully removed from the white wine using an innovative dual process in circular conical columns. The result is a wine drink with a full grape aroma, all natural vitamins, antioxidants, minerals - just free (< 0.03%) of alcohol.
