The brothers Jorge and Raúl Zudaire prove that appealing white wines are also feasible in their region, which is traditionally valued for red wine. They planted Chardonnay specifically in the cooler areas. The result is astonishing and convincing: a floral wine with a minty freshness, bouquet of red apples and peaches. Not powerful on the palate, but finely woven with a pleasant acid structure.
