It was fermented in 3,000-liter barrels made from French Allier oak and then matured in it for a further 12 months. A multi-layered wine with a concise bouquet characterized by white flowers, yellow stone fruit, oranges and balsamic nuances. Fresh, elegant, balanced and lasting on the palate.
