In the electricity-free Finca Inanna, dedicated to the historical craft of winemaking, father Javier Parra has shown that good wine can be made without electricity: Inanna. Son Pablo goes one step further with the aim of creating a really good orange wine. As an experienced craftsman with the corresponding amphora experience, he has succeeded very well with this wine. Perhaps not for natural wine extremists, for whom this orange wine may not be strange enough. But just right for anyone who wants to give their taste buds an extension of the usual taste spectrum.
